Well, in this blog we are going to explore exactly what Yumeiho is. This is actually a type of Japanese massage and it was first made public by Saionji Masayuki, a Japanese doctor.
Basically, he took a lot of different massage techniques from different countries, selected just a few of the most popular and made them into the massage we know as Yumeiho. Basically, this type of method is actually a great exercise that is meant to relieve a lot of pain and suffering that you might be experiencing.
A therapist will basically massage and adjust a lot of the muscles in your body and will make sure that your body is all stretched out and awesome feeling.
