One of the first treatments includes strawberries. Mashing up the strawberries into mush and using it as a mask is a great way to exfoliate your skin because of the seeds. Just scrubbing your face down with the mask will loosen up all of that dirt and will make your skin beautiful and shiny!

Another thing that you can use on your skin if you have oily skin is lemon juice, as that will clear up all of that dirt and oil on your face.

Oatmeal. For me, whenever I have dry skin in those winter months, I take an oatmeal bath and in a few minutes, my skin has calmed right down. Oatmeal baths are a fantastic way to relieve inching and certainly one of the best ways that you can relieve some of the flaky and scaly skin that goes with eczema.

Now, you do not have to of course you do not have to cover your entire body with oatmeal, but dropping a packet into your bath once in a while will do wonders for your skin!

By far, one of the most common treatments for pain comes from white willow tree bark. It is actually considered to be an herbal aspirin and can definitely help subside some of the pain that you may be feeling in your joints, back, head or even in your limbs.

The reason that white willow tree bark is so awesome is because it actually contains anti-inflammatory, which helps with any pain you might be experiencing.

One thing that I have learned is that olive lead extracts are actually a fantastic way to treat an ear infection. Olive oil actually stimulates phagocytes, which are blood cells that protect the body by obliterating atrocious bacteria, which as you know – an ear infection is all about bacteria.

Another thing that can really help with ear infections is goldenseal, this will help boost your immune system and will provide some rapid recovery for your ear infection.
