One of the first things is that herbs are 100% natural, which is something that a lot of medicines can not claim. There are no chemicals, no preservatives and no artificial flavoring in any of the herbal meds that you will take and you can actually apply the herbs right onto the wounds.

You can also boil, drink and even add the herbs to your food, which is something that a lot of people can not do with their meds.

One of the main reasons why most people plant peppermint in their gardens is so that it smells so awesome when it is growing! However – there are a ton of different things that you can actually use peppermint the herb for and I have to say – it is actually considered the world’s oldest medicine which has been used by people all over the world in the accident times.

Peppermint is naturally rich in everything from vitamin A all the way to vitamin C and manganese. It treats so many different things and it is honestly, the best herb you can have in your garden. For example, do you have headaches? Peppermint can definitely help with that.

This little herb can also assist with upset stomachs as well as fevers, flatulence and a spastic colon. All of which are embarrassing!

You have probably heard if you have ever gone to any raw juice bar or have read any food articles about Wheatgrass and how you should put it in your diet to help you get healthy overall, while helping you lose weight. Wheatgrass is the single most important vegetable in the world and that is exactly why most organic juice bars have incorporated this very important herb into a lot of their juices. One of the only downsides of wheatgrass is going to be that you need to drink the juice immediately after it is cut from a live plat – that way you can reap all of the benefits right away.

Despite the taste of this particular herb, it is definitely something that should be incorporated into your diet regularly. If you do not know exactly what wheatgrass is, that is what we are here to explain! Wheatgrass is actually a young wheat plant and instead of letting the wheatgrass actually get full-sized, people have cut it while it is young and made it into all sorts of things and it can absolutely help reduce all sorts of different things. For example, cancer and any heart problems can be reduced by wheatgrass.

So get yourself a plant and start making wheatgrass part of your everyday diet. It will help you in the long run!
