Biofeedback What is Biofeedback Therapy?  That is been the question on my mind for quite a long time now – today is the day that I finally figured out exactly what it is though.  Biofeedback Therapy uses a device to make the subject away of their own responses to stimulus.  The cool thing about Biofeedback Therapy is that it is a noninvasive procedure.  There are many different benefits to Biofeedback Therapy that we are going to talk about below!

Biofeedback Therapy can be used to treat a bunch of different conditions including, ADHD, high blood pressure, incontinence, diabetes, asthma, anxiety, cardiac arrhythmias and finally epilepsy.  Some psychiatrists also use Biofeedback Therapy as a training tool to help with phobias as well.

Biofeedback Therapy is a fantastic thing to use and something that is very underappreciated in this day and age.
