If you are like many, many of the people out there, you probably suffer from indigestion more often than not right? Personally, I have indigestion at least three times a week and that is a lot! Finally, I got sick of it and looked up quite a few natural remedies for indigestion and that is what we have here. One of the first things you are going to have to do is eat some well-spaced meals and only eat whenever you are hungry.
Believe it or not, people eat when they are bored and that is not something that is going to help you in the long run. Make sure that you eat a lot of greens and whole grain foods, that way you can make sure that your body is getting the vitamins that it needs. Also, sipping on hot water is a fantastic way to relieve the feeling of fullness as well as indigestion.
Another thing that you can do is eat a half a cup of fresh pineapple as well as pomegranate juice; they both will really help your indigestion. I hope these tips and tricks helped you!

In a study of almost 57,000 American adults, the researchers found out that those who have an intake of egg each day in a week were most likely 58 to 77 per cent to acquire diabetes mellitus type 2.
Diabetes mellitus type 2, or formerly known as non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, or adult-onset diabetes, is a disorder in body metabolism, which is described as an abnormally high blood glucose level which is associated with insulin resistance and insulin deficiency.
As published in the Diabetes Care journal, the findings of the study do not suggest to remove egg intake in your diet list and that eggs are directly associated in the occurrence of diabetes mellitus type 2. It is a wise move, therefore, to limit intake of eggs.
Based on the facts at hand by the researchers, the recommendation in the study states that a person must consume eggs moderately, and will not have to exceed six eggs a week.

The Center for Disease and Control of the Unite States alert their population that one in five persons in the US has high levels of triglycerides that increase their predisposition to heart attack. The study also showed that about 30 per cent of Americans have borderline levels of these blood fats.
The proponents of the study are also worried about the doubling of the percentage of people who have triglycerides in just 30 years. This may be attributed to the increased levels of obesity in the population.
The CDC is looking into possible ways to address the problems as other studies point out to only a fraction of these people with high blood fats taking medication and other steps to take care of their health.
Like LDL or bad cholesterols, triglycerides makes one prone to heart attacks. People with LDL take statins to lower their levels but this medicine is not very effective in lowering the levels of triglycerides. Triglycerides may come from fats in the body and fats of the food that people eat.

A recent research conducted by experts in The Whitehead Institute at Cambridge, Massachusetts reveal that skin cells from patients with Parkinson’s can be converted to the type neurons the disease destroys.
The treatment that is being developed will involve lower risk of cells being rejected by the body since they will be coming from the patient’s own body.
Whitehead scientists recorded success in converting the skin cells of five Parkinson’s patients into neurons that can produce dopamine, the primary neurotransmitter affected by the disease. The lack of dopamine in people with Parkinson’s disease manifest as tremors, rigidity, and difficult slowed movement.
The short term goal of the study is to reproduce dopamine producing cells and expose them to toxins which are suspected to contribute in the development of Parkinson’s. In the long run, the proponents are hoping to use the developed dopamine producing neuron in transplantation to give more meaningful years to potential Parkinson’s patients. The cells of patients afflicted with the disease are shown to have predisposition to it.
