Using Oatmeal Baths for the Treatment of Eczema!

oatmeal-bathHave you ever had poison ivy?  Dry skin?  Eczema?  If you have ever experienced any of these very common skin issues, you probably already know of one extremely awesome and super natural way to help relieve some of the inching that goes with all of these skin problems.

Oatmeal.  For me, whenever I have dry skin in those winter months, I take an oatmeal bath and in a few minutes, my skin has calmed right down.  Oatmeal baths are a fantastic way to relieve inching and certainly one of the best ways that you can relieve some of the flaky and scaly skin that goes with eczema.

Now, you do not have to of course you do not have to cover your entire body with oatmeal, but dropping a packet into your bath once in a while will do wonders for your skin!
