Wheatgrass: Why Is It Important?

wheat_grass_cupYou have probably heard if you have ever gone to any raw juice bar or have read any food articles about Wheatgrass and how you should put it in your diet to help you get healthy overall, while helping you lose weight.  Wheatgrass is the single  most important vegetable in the world and that is exactly why most organic juice bars have incorporated this very important herb into a lot of their juices.  One of the only downsides of wheatgrass is going to be that you need to drink the juice immediately after it is cut from a live plat – that way you can reap all of the benefits right away.
