If you are like many, many of the people out there, you probably suffer from indigestion more often than not right?  Personally, I have indigestion at least three times a week and that is a lot!  Finally, I got sick of it and looked up quite a few natural remedies for indigestion and that is what we have here.  One of the first things you are going to have to do is eat some well-spaced meals and only eat whenever you are hungry.

Believe it or not, people eat when they are bored and that is not something that is going to help you in the long run.  Make sure that you eat a lot of greens and whole grain foods, that way you can make sure that your body is getting the vitamins that it needs.  Also, sipping on hot water is a fantastic way to relieve the feeling of fullness as well as indigestion.

Another thing that you can do is eat a half a cup of fresh pineapple as well as pomegranate juice; they both will really help your indigestion.  I hope these tips and tricks helped you!

In this day and age, we all seem to be losing our eyesight more and more and people seem to think that there is absolutely nothing that you can do about it.  Well, the truth is, that is simply not true at all!  You can definitely improve your vision and do it without any medications at all!  In this blog, we are going to teach you some super easy eye exercises that really will improve your eyesight overall!

Firstly, palming is by far one of the best eye exercises that you can do to improve your eyesight.  Now, you are probably curious as to how this works and that is what I am going to explain it to you!  Find a very quiet place that you can sit down – and switch off all of the lights.  Next, you want to sit down in a chair and rub your palms together.  Lean your elbows on the table in front of you and cover your eyes with your palms.

Now that you have all of that done, try to make yourself see the perfect black color – it is very hard to do most of the time because your eyes are going to be tired, but after a few sessions of this, you should definitely be able to see blackness – this exercise will absolutely improve your eyesight!
